I have the honour to be coached by Tamsyn when I feel that I need it.  One thing I appreciate about Tamsyn is that she talks by experience – she gets it fast and make it simple and clear for me.  With Tamsyn I feel that she is there with me with her full attention ready to serve and share her wisdom.  She helped me with management challenges, health, and first and most importantly in my eyes how to love, appreciate and care for myself first.

I was able to use my leadership skills at maximum and be a support for 140 women – my primary mission! Listening, supporting, motivating, inspiring – they saw another side of me – the real ME!!!!

I recently also completed a new training for my team and I am finally installing my philosophy, mission, my true colour in my organisation! I also got to learn to delegate for real and focus on the most important ME.

I now work reasonable hours for work! And while completing my mission in my business, I am, more than ever, making moves and actions towards my next career path: Creating Events! Meaningful Moments! For women around the world.
