I met Tamsyn through a good mutual friend back in about 2017.

I really got to know her when she joined in on an all weekend hike that I arranged on the hottest weekend of the season. To start off she arrived with two cut up knees from a far too close for comfort meeting with tarmac the day before in a bad running accident and the last minute planning meant she didn’t have a big enough backpack. She happily borrowed someone else’s small  day backpack and although her cuts kept opening up with each bend in the knees, her borrowed backpack wasn’t quite right, we all almost ran out of water, happy was what she remained throughout that entire gruelling hike.

There is no way she didn’t experience extreme discomfort for the whole weekend while we battled the elements and slept out in nature, but she never gave up or lost her cheerful spirit or stopped inspiring the others to keep going. Little did I know then that it was THAT attitude and so much more that was what she would impart in me through working with her in a business sense a year later.

I had the privilege of working with her as my mentor and coach. Through thick and thin Tamsyn quietly, I hardly noticed it happened, helped me build my confidence in a new business, change my work mindset, set me on the right path when I wandered, and is the reason I can now call myself resilient and successful. 

Indeed I now hear her words echoing in my head while I now mentor my own junior team member. She is always no more than a call, text or zoom meeting away when I need any advice or motivation or hard truths.

I could not recommend Tamsyn as a coach more!
